How cancellations and rearranged lessons are handled.

Cancelling or Rearranging a Lesson
We require a minimum of 48 hours' noticeto cancel, rearrange or reduce the length of a driving lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.
How to Cancel
You can cancel or rearrange a lesson directly with your instructor, or by contacting Latics Driver Training on 0161 410 1011.
Repeated Cancellations
If lessons are repeatedly cancelled, an instructor may ask for payment in advance, require a longer notice period, or decide they can no longer continue lessons.
Not Fit to Drive
If your instructor believes you are not fit to drive because of alcohol, drugs, illness, tiredness or any other condition, the lesson may be cancelled and charged in full.
Cancellations by Your Instructor
Lessons may occasionally need to be cancelled because of illness, vehicle problems, adverse weather, unsafe road conditions or another emergency. Your instructor will rearrange the lesson for a suitable time.
