Information We Collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, lesson preferences, enquiry details, instructor preferences, booking information and any information you choose to send us through forms, website chat, WhatsApp, phone, email or social media.

Website Chat

If you use our website chat, we may keep a copy of the conversation. This can include information you type into the chat, such as your name, contact details, postcode or area, lesson preferences, availability and enquiry details. We use chat logs to respond to enquiries, understand what visitors are asking, improve our website and improve our service.

We aim to keep chat logs with personal details for up to 90 days. After that, we remove or anonymise personal details, remove the conversation text and summary, and may keep limited non-personal information such as the website page path, dates and general usage information for training, analysis and service improvement.

Please do not include medical details or diagnoses in the chat unless you feel it is necessary. If you need practical support during lessons, you can tell us what would help, such as extra time explaining things, quieter routes, automatic lessons or other lesson adjustments.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, check instructor availability, arrange driving lessons, manage bookings, provide customer support, keep business records and improve our services. We may review website chat conversations to understand common questions, improve our website and improve the service we provide.

Website Analytics

If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, popular pages, traffic sources, device types and actions such as phone, WhatsApp and chat button clicks and successful enquiry submissions. We use this information to assess and improve the website and our marketing.

We do not intentionally send names, contact details, chat messages or form contents to Google Analytics. Analytics page addresses exclude contact-form query details. Google processes analytics information on our behalf. You can reject or withdraw analytics consent using Cookie Settings in the footer.

Sharing Information

We may share relevant enquiry or booking details with a Latics driving instructor so they can contact you and provide lessons. We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted service providers to operate the website and handle enquiries. These may include website hosting, database, email delivery and AI chatbot providers, such as Vercel, Supabase, Resend and OpenAI. These providers process information on our behalf so the website, forms and chat features can work.

Keeping Information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including legal, accounting and customer service reasons.

Contact form enquiries and booking-related messages may be kept for longer than chat logs where needed for customer service, accounting, legal or business record purposes.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal or business record requirements.
