Lesson Bookings

Lessons are subject to instructor availability. We will always try to match you with a suitable manual or automatic instructor based on your area, availability and requirements.

Your Licence and Fitness to Drive

You must hold a valid provisional or full UK driving licence, as appropriate for the lesson, and be legally entitled and fit to drive. Your instructor may ask to check your licence before lessons begin.

Payments and Block Bookings

Lesson prices are shown on our prices page. Block bookings are paid for in full up front. Any unused hours remain subject to our cancellation policy and the full terms linked above.

Cancellations

We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange a driving lesson. Late cancellations may be charged in full. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more detail.

Behaviour

Learners are expected to treat instructors respectfully and follow reasonable safety instructions during lessons. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue lessons where behaviour is abusive, unsafe or inappropriate.
